Summer Camp

Summer camps at Head Over Heels will be a week your child will always remember. Each week features a special theme with related crafts and activities. We have field trips, special guests and of course, lots of gymnastics and tumbling skills to learn and perfect.

Half Day Camp: 9:00am – 1:00pm

Cost: Daily Pricing = $28/half day and Weekly Pricing = $115/week

Full Day Camp: 9:00am – 4:00pm

Cost: Daily Pricing = $45/full day and Weekly Pricing = $180/week

Extended Care: 7:00am – 9:00am and 4:00pm – 6:00pm

Cost: $5 per hour (available upon request)

Frequently Asked Questions about our Summer Camp

Does my child have to be a member of Head Over Heels to attend a summer camp?

In order for your child to attend a summer camps they must be a registered member of Head Over Heels. The annual registration fee is currently $25 and $20 for siblings.

How do I register my child for a summer camp?

Summer Camp Enrollment Packet

You must complete a 2010 Camp Enrollment Packet and pay a deposit of 50% of the total camp cost. The deposit is nonrefundable within ten days of the camp start date. Drop-ins are welcomed to attend camp however, camp space is not guaranteed.

Does my child have to attend the entire week or can they participate in one day of camp?

Participants may come for a single day of camp however our camps are schedule and designed for weekly campers. Daily campers can be accommodated Monday through Thursday only. Spaces are limited and weekly campers will have first priority of camp spots.

What does the camp cost include?

The weekly camp cost includes all special event costs, drinks, and a camp t-shirt. Daily campers may purchase a t-shirt for an additional $15.

Are there any discounts available for multiple children or multiple camp registration?

Yes! Siblings will receive a 10% discount. A child that is registered for multiple weeks will receive 10% OFF the second or more camp. The multiple week discount can NOT be combined with the sibling discount.

My child is coming to two camps. Will he/she receive two t-shirts?

Your child will only receive one t-shirt. The multiple camp discount takes into account this cost reduction.

Will Head Over Heels provide adequate staff to safely instruct and supervise my child while attending camp?

Our instructors are USA Gymnastics Safety Certified and there will be at least one First Aid/CPR certified staff member present at all times. Head Over Heels provides at least one staff member per 10 children. We will make sure your child’s safety is our main priority!

What should my child wear during camp?

Normal gym attire is acceptable during summer camp. Long hair should be pulled up. No jewelry, buckles, or zippers. There will be some outside activities therefore your child should wear or bring shoes.

Does my child need to bring a lunch?

Yes. All camp participants should bring a sack lunch. Head Over Heels will provide drinks. If your child is a full day camper please pack them a snack as well. A pizza lunch will be provided on Fridays.

Does my child need to bring anything for the special events?

Some special events will require special attire. More information is provided on the Special Event Info and Release Form located in the Camp Enrollment Packet.

What important information should I know about the Friday performance?

The Friday performance will begin at 12:00pm and will last approximately 45 minutes. All family and friends are invited to attend.
