Free Open Gym (FOG)

Free Open Gym is a FREE OF CHARGE practice time for current class participants ONLY. This event is not open to non-class participants other than siblings. Siblings may attend for a charge of $5. Parents will be required to supervise their child(ren) at all times during Open Gym. You do not need to register for this event.

Free Open Gym Schedule:

Ages 5 & Under: Saturdays from 5pm - 6pm
All Ages: Saturdays from 6pm - 7pm

Dates and times are subject to change. Please confirm any FOG events before attending.


General Open Gym

Open Gym is available for class participants, siblings and the public. Parents will be required to supervise their child(ren) at all times during Open Gym. Space is limited so registration is required to guarantee a spot for your child.

Cost: $7 for non-HOH members, $5 for members and $4 for member siblings

Ages: Walking to 15 years old (Gym will be sectioned off by age groups)
