Monthly Tuition

Monthly tuition is due on designated date each month. A $5 late fee will be charged if tuition is paid after the due date. If tuition has not been paid by the second class your child may not be allowed to participate in the class and will be promptly withdrawn. Tuition due dates are listed on our yearly calendar.

Missed Classes

Head Over Heels does not offer credits for missed classes. If your child misses a class, they may be able to attend make-up class if there is a vacancy. You will have one month from the missed class to schedule a make-up. Make-ups can be scheduled in the front office. Vacancies are given on a first come first serve basis.

Missed classes due to inclement weather
If class is cancelled due to inclement weather, refunds will not be given however you will be eligible to make the class up during another class time. Class cancellations will posted on home page.

Change of Classes

Students are allowed to change class as long as there is a vacancy in the desired class. If your child is moving to a different class it must be approved by the office staff and/or class instructor. Check with the front office for class availability.

Class Withdrawal

If your child is withdrawing from class, Head Over Heels must be notified in writing by the 20th of the month prior. If notification is NOT received by the 20th, you will be held responsible for a $25 late withdrawal fee. Written notification must include child's class day and time and reason for withdrawing because you are unsatisfied with our program, staff or facility please notify the owner at carriepack@hohgym.com with your concerns.

Behavior Expectations

All children are required to follow rules set by Head Over Heels. This includes, but is not limited to, listening and following the teacher's instruction., walking in the gym at all times, being kind and courteous to their instructor and peers, and following all safety guidelines. Unacceptable behavior may result in your child being dismissed from class for a minimum of three months. No refunds or credits will be given if your child is dismissed.

Refund Policy

If your child is withdrawing from class you must contact Head Over Heels with notification of the withdrawal at least three days before your child's second class of the month to receive a refund for the remaining classes. If you withdraw your child after this deadline you will not be eligible for a refund for the current month. However, if you have paid for several months in advance, you may receive a refund for the remaining month(s).

Proper Attire

Participants should wear proper gym attire when attending class or any other function at Head Over Heels. This includes t-shirts and shorts, leotards, or sweats. Baggy clothes and leotards with skirts are a safety hazard and should NOT be worn as well as clothes with zippers, buckles, and snaps. Feet should be bare. Please have all long hair off the shoulders and away from the face. For your child's safety, no jewelry is allowed during class or camp.

Miscellaneous Rules and Procedures

Please be on time for class! The first 15 minutes of class is warm-up and stretching which helps protect class participants from injury.

All children should use the restroom before class begins.

Parents please do not interrupt class to speak with the instructor. If you would like to speak with your child's instructor please leave a message with the front office and the instructor will contact you as soon as possible.
